Fire Trace Tube Extinguisher
Fire Trace Tube Extinguisher is a simple, efficient and reliable automatic fire extinguishing system. It does not require an external power supply or complex detection equipment. It directly senses the fire source and releases the fire extinguishing agent through a flexible fire detection tube. It uses the temperature sensing characteristics of the fire detection tube. When a fire occurs, the fire detection tube is heated and ruptured, and the fire extinguishing device is quickly activated to spray the fire extinguishing agent directly to the fire source, effectively extinguishing the initial fire.
The fire extinguisher is divided into two types: direct and indirect. The direct fire detection tube is both a detection component and a release channel for the fire extinguishing agent. It is suitable for small equipment or local protection; the indirect type detects the fire source through the fire detection tube, and sprays the fire extinguishing agent to the protected area through the release tube and nozzle. It is suitable for fire extinguishing in larger spaces or complex equipment.
Fire Trace Tube Extinguisher is widely used in areas with high fire safety requirements such as electronic equipment rooms, communication rooms, power plants, cable-intensive areas, and petrochemical sites. It is particularly suitable for unattended places and can respond quickly at the initial stage of a fire to reduce economic losses and equipment damage.

AUTOMATIC DETECTION AND RAPID RESPONSE
The Fire Trace Tube Extinguisher directly senses the fire source through a flexible fire detection tube. When the fire detection tube contacts the flame or is at a high temperature, it will automatically break and quickly start the fire extinguishing device. No complex fire detectors or external power supplies are required. It can quickly respond to the early stage of the fire and effectively extinguish the fire source.
ACCURATE FIRE EXTINGUISHING
The fire detection tube is both a detection component and a release channel for the fire extinguishing agent. The fire extinguishing agent is directly sprayed to the fire source, avoiding the problem of uneven distribution of the fire extinguishing agent or delayed response in the traditional fire extinguishing system, and the fire extinguishing effect is more accurate and efficient.
FLEXIBLE DESIGN
The fire detection tube can be flexibly arranged and can be extended into a small space, inside the equipment or in a complex area, close to the protected object, and achieve local protection. It is particularly suitable for places with high space requirements.
NO EXTERNAL POWER SUPPLY REQUIRED
The Fire Trace Tube Extinguisher does not rely on an external power supply or a complex electronic control system. It can work normally even when the power is off or unattended, which greatly improves the reliability and safety of the system.
SIMPLE MAINTENANCE
The system has a simple structure, does not require a complex installation and debugging process, and has low daily maintenance costs. The fire detection tube has a long service life and is not easily affected by the environment, which reduces the maintenance workload and replacement frequency.

Q1: Are foam firefighting systems effective on all types of fires?
A1: While foam fire fighting systems are highly effective on flammable liquid fires and fires involving solid combustibles, their use may be limited or require additional precautions on certain fires, such as electrical fires or reactive metal fires. In such cases, using foam may not be the best option, and other fire suppression methods should be considered.
Q2: How often should foam firefighting systems be maintained?
A2: Regular maintenance is crucial to ensure foam firefighting systems' reliability and effectiveness. Generally, a routine monthly inspection is recommended, along with annual maintenance. Additionally, hydrostatic testing of foam concentrates and other specific requirements must be performed at specified intervals to comply with industry standards and regulations.
Q3: Can foam firefighting systems be used in portable form?
A3: Foam fire fighting systems can be used in various portable forms, such as handheld foam branches, foam extinguishers, and portable foam generators. These portable systems are designed for use in smaller applications or as supplementary equipment in firefighting operations, providing versatility and mobility in fire suppression efforts.
Q4: Are foam concentrates environmentally friendly?
A4: Traditionally, some foam concentrates contained per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), raising environmental and health concerns. However, advancements have been made in developing low-hazard foam concentrates that minimize PFAS content. These environmentally friendly options are designed to provide effective fire suppression while reducing potential environmental impacts. It's essential to choose foam concentrates that meet environmental standards and regulations.
Q5: Can foam firefighting systems be integrated with other fire suppression technologies?
A5: Foam fire fighting systems can be combined with other technologies, such as water mist systems, sprinklers, and clean agent systems, to create a comprehensive fire protection strategy. This integration enhances the overall effectiveness of fire suppression, providing tailored solutions for complex industrial facilities and maximizing safety and asset protection.
